Hello there! In this post, I’ll be explaining how to use the File menu, Insert, Design, and Layout Ribbon.

The File Menu:

The File menu is where you can access important features such as saving your work, opening a file, and printing your work. To use the File menu, you need to click on the File tab located at the top left corner of your screen. Once you click on it, you will see options like New, Open, Save, Save As, Print, etc.

Insert Ribbon:

The Insert Ribbon is where you can add things like pictures, tables, and shapes to your work. To use the Insert Ribbon, you need to click on the Insert tab located at the top of your screen. Once you click on it, you will see options like Pictures, Online Pictures, Shapes, SmartArt, etc. You can use these options to add different types of content to your document.

Design Ribbon:

The Design Ribbon is where you can change the look of your document by applying different themes, colors, and fonts. To use the Design Ribbon, you need to click on the Design tab located at the top of your screen. Once you click on it, you will see options like Themes, Colors, Fonts, and Page Borders. You can use these options to change the appearance of your document to make it look more attractive.

Layout Ribbon:

The Layout Ribbon is where you can adjust the layout of your document. You can use it to add page numbers, adjust margins, and change the orientation of your document. To use the Layout Ribbon, you need to click on the Layout tab located at the top of your screen. Once you click on it, you will see options like Margins, Orientation, Size, and Page Setup. You can use these options to change the layout of your document to make it easier to read.
